Optimization with hydrogen

With our technology, we can optimize combustion in all processes where some form of carbon -based fuel is used, which provides significant profits for both the environment and the business.

In the case of combustion with the support of hydrogen, a more efficient and profitable production is ensured.

Nature Proof

Optimization technology for combustion plants

All combustion plants that exist today should actually function relatively optimally in terms of emission rights and regulations. But is it really so? With our technology, we can optimize combustion in all processes where some form of coal-based fuel is used, which provides significant gains for both the environment and business results.

All combustion plants that exist today should actually function relatively optimally in terms of emission rights and regulations. The industry can be divided into (1) pure heating systems that only burn fuel with the sole purpose of supplying heat energy for district heating and (2) heating systems that produce heat through combustion and use the heat for steam production, which in turn is converted into electricity and excess heat used for district heating and (3) where the incinerator only produces heat in industry for production processes such as in the cement and lime industry and pellet production.

In the combustion process, carbon is converted into CO2 and heat with the help of oxygen. Unfortunately, this process is not ideal. The combustion process is disturbed by a number of parameters that make the combustion unstable and lead to a series of unwanted and costly side effects. These effects are increased emissions of NOx, CO and loss of large amounts of energy. This results in increased costs and lost revenue.

The key to

More efficient combustion

We can use our technology in all processes where some form of carbon -based fuel is used and in a hydrogen -supported combustion, hydrogen ensures a more efficient combustion and a better reaction between C and O2. In this process, a kind of chain reaction is formed so that very little hydrogen is needed. The result is a more stable combustion with a decrease in standard deviations by up to 70 %.

Double profit

Lowered costs and increased production

The fuel cost per tone/steam produced can fall between 10 and 15% in a combustion process with the support of hydrogen. How much is linked to the degree of humidity. With increased humidity, costs increase, but by increasing the addition of the proportion of hydrogen, these costs reduce. A hydrogen -supported combustion can produce 10 to 20 % more steam (oven) with the same amount of fuel.

When using a hydrogen gas, the combustion is stabilized, which in most cases is usually unstable.

Optimization with hydrogen

How it works

Through our hydrogen technology for the combustion industry, customers gain value through reduced fuel consumption, they also obtain better quality of the products that are manufactured or more energy regarding heating power plants.

A hydrogen-cell plant is installed in a 6 meter long container needs electricity (32/64 Amp) and water (about 40/80 liters/h) to produce hydrogen and oxygen to a combustion plant. It is a “plug in” system that we install easily, outdoors next to the combustion plant.

When using a hydrogen gas, the combustion is stabilized, which in most cases is unstable. This means that parameters for combustion can be optimized and the input fuel is used optimally with results that residual products in the form of soot particles, which are unburned fuel, decrease drastically.

Fuel consumption and that even emissions of soot and co are reduced, which results in more economically more profitable and more efficient production.

Our offer #1

Trial period for evaluation

We carry out a test period of about 1 month to evaluate whether the customer achieves the promised results are as we claim. After that, you can decide whether you want to cancel or want to continue by buying, alternatively renting one or more Hydrogen Cells.

Our offer #2

Rent instead of buy

In the case of a rental agreement, you do not need to include the VätgasCellen in the balance sheet and charge it with depreciation that reduces the profit. Instead, it will only be an improvement of its financial result on the bottom line. Service and support can also be included in the rent.
